This weight loss program is a completely different
approach than the diets you've tried
It's based on "more"-- not "less".
More awareness as to why you do what you do. More freedom of
choice because you behave less compulsively. More self-care,
self-esteem and self-love. And so much more eating pleasure!
You set your own goals of how you want to be and the habits you

the goal. This feels very different than saying to yourself, "Go
on a diet!" and then meeting the usual resistance and excuses.
Awareness is absolutely key in changing old

You learn to easily and unconsciously change how much you eat and feel full,
satisfied and content.
Sensory awareness:
You naturally focus on the eating pleasures of sights, tastes,
textures, and smells and enjoy slower more appreciative eating.
Mental awareness:
You recognize negative thought patterns and beliefs so you can
change them.
Emotional awareness:
You learn to easily identify the feelings that trigger overeating.
You understand their origin and learn more satisfying ways of
dealing with the feelings and taking good care of yourself.
Cultural awareness:
You become more aware of the unhealthy hypnotic suggestions from
the media and from society and are more determined to make your
own choices.
These are the rewards of awareness. How do you learn them? In
hypnosis sessions, on the CD's you are given, and through practices
at home. And remember -- from awareness comes choice, and from
choice comes personal freedom.

The answer is yes! Hundreds have done it! You will change more

How much weight will you lose?
The answer is that with hypnosis you'll easily learn new ways
of eating and exercising. You'll gain awareness and insight that

How much weight you lose depends on how much you are overeating
now and how much exercise you are able to do. Weight loss with
the old diet plans is usually gained back. Therefore what really
