had almost given up trying. But the skills I learned at the
workshop series on Weight Loss with Hypnosis have definitely
increased my ability to ‘take charge’ of my life!
I have used the self-hypnosis technique and the wisdom of
waiting 7 minutes for an urge to pass to lose the excess
weight and more importantly keep it off.
I also use the self-hypnosis when I can’t fall asleep.
Feeling the stress flow out of my body is better than any

The Hypnotherapy for Weight
Loss showed me that I’m in charge,
not the food. I have completely lost the old uncontrollable
urges and cravings for chocolate and sweets. I’m
easily losing 2 pounds a week because I’ve dramatically
decreased my sweets and fatty foods, stopped skipping
meals, don’t overeat in restaurants anymore, am
eating more vegetables and have learned other ways of
dealing with my emotions than eating.
I’m very motivated to exercise now—in
fact, it’s fun! I’ve also added karate and Curves
to my work-out.
I’m also sleeping better and have
