“I had failed so often at diets over the years and had almost given up trying. But the skills I learned at the workshop series on Weight Loss with Hypnosis have definitely increased my ability to ‘take charge’ of my life! I have used the self-hypnosis technique and the wisdom of waiting 7 minutes for an urge to pass to lose the excess weight and more importantly keep it off.

I also use the self-hypnosis when I can’t fall asleep. Feeling the stress flow out of my body is better than any sleeping pill!
When shopping for food, clothes, or just about anything I am in control because I wait out the 7 minute urge which gives me time to weigh the decision.

‘Taking charge’ has increased my self-confidence. I have a greater ‘can-do’ attitude in general, which helps me balance the aging process. (I’m 79.)
