- From the North: As you drive south down US1 from Melbourne
and Palm Bay, you go across a small bridge over the St. Sebastian
River. Take the second left off of US1 onto Bay Street (also
called 110 St.) and then a left into the parking lot of Bay Street
Center. The bowling alley is on the right side of US1. You can
also park behind the building. It is yellow with bright blue
doors and also houses Bay Street Pharmacy. Suite 11 is the northern
building in the complex. (Note: There are two Bay Streets. Ours
is the one north of the Medical Center)
- From the South: As you drive north of Vero Beach into Sebastian,
you will pass Route 512. You will see Wal-Mart and Home Depot.
After you pass Sebastian River Medical Center on the left,
take the first street on your right, Bay St., (also called 110
St.) and then a left into the parking lot of Bay Street Center.

side of East New Haven, between Goff Place and Hallwood Place,
across the street from the Sun Shoppe Café.

- From the West: Take Exit 180
off of I-95 onto US 192, West Melbourne/Melbourne. Go 5.4 miles
where the road splits and veer right onto East New Haven, Go
0.3 miles and the Lotus Heart Holistic Center is on the right.
Park on East New Haven or on Hallwood Place near the Center.
- From the East: From US 1 (S.
Harbor City Blvd.), turn west onto East New Haven Ave., which
is one block south of US 192 (Strawbridge Ave.). Go west for
0.5 miles and the Lotus Heart Holistic Center is on the left.
